Friday evenings with Get Sports Inspired at Burnham Football Club
Last Friday evening coaches from Get Sports Inspired held their first Football Development session on the new 3G artificial pitch at Burnham Football Club.
Approximately 60 local children aged between 5 – 13 years took part in specific age related coaching activities whilst many parents looked on from the covered 1878 stand.
Media and Marketing Director Paul Butler explained “It’s brilliant to welcome so many new faces to the club. All the youngsters want to do is play football with their friends and if we can help develop their skills collaboratively with GSI at the same time then that’s fantastic ”.
Get Sports Inspired (GSI) offers a professional sports coaching service promoting healthy living through physical activity and fun for everyone.
At various locations including use of the new 3G pitch and facilities at Burnham Football Club, their highly qualified team of professional coaches deliver a variety of sports and fitness classes, multi-sport camps and 1-2-1 personal development support, even timeout sessions for relaxation and wellness, for both children and adults.
The GSI team also appreciate that occasionally teachers require qualified staff to cover PE lessons or extra-Curricular clubs after school and they can even help with this too. Providing a safe learning environment for pupils to develop their skills and overall fitness.
