Burnham FC face Reading FC in the quarter finals of the BBFA Senior Cup
Following yesterday’s draw the blues will now face league one Reading FC in the quarter finals of the Berks & Bucks FA Senior Cup. All of the quarter final fixtures were announced on the Berks & Bucks FA WhatsApp Channel, which took place yesterday afternoon at 4pm. Burnham will now welcome the royals to The 1878 Stadium on Wednesday 28th February (Kick off 7:45pm).
Burnham FC progressed following their 2-0 home win against step 3 side Hungerford Town. With striker Firas Chniba slotting two passed the Hungerford keeper Nick Harvey in quick succession just minutes into the second half.
Apart from Burnham FC v Reading FC all of the remaining quarter final fixtures await games still to be played. They include:
- Maidenhead United or Milton United v Milton Keynes Dons
- Winslow United or Risborough Rangers or Marlow FC v (BYE)
- Beaconsfield Town v Reading City or Flackwell Heath
