Introducing Neck Oil from Beavertown at Burnham FC
We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new craft beer at Burnham Football Club. Neck Oil is a session IPA produced by north London based Beavertown. With an ABV of 4.3% it is made of Extra Pale Malt and a blend of Hops including Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic.
For humans and other social beings…
Neck Oil is refreshing and easy to drink craft beer. It has a light and zingy taste and the name comes from Beavertown’s founder Logan Fondly announcing he would oil is neck when visiting his local.
Our new Neck Oil Session IPA is an addition to the existing range of draught beers available at The Blues Bar and Cafe, our main bar at The 1878 Stadium, Burnham Football Club.
Why does Neck Oil taste so good? We took the hoppiest hops to ever hop and the maltiest malts, and combined them with some yeast and a bit of water for good measure. Then said a magic spell while dancing around a cauldron at midnight and stirred it clockwise 30 times..
Nah, just kidding. It was actually made using some pretty cool science (that feels like magic) by our expert brewers (cheers guys) – beavertownbrewery.co.uk/products/neck-oil-session-ipa
The bar is typically open on match days before and during a match. As well as for players, managers and officials after the final whistle has blown. The bar is also available to hire for private functions. If you’re interested in hiring the Blues Bar and Cafe for a private event please send us some details using the form available HERE.
