A new chapter begins. ❤️🤍🖤
Shepherd’s Bush FC is delighted to announce that, subject to FA approval, the club will be returning to the National League System and joining the Combined Counties Football League Division One following the acquisition of RB Kensington.
Founded in 2021, Shepherd’s Bush FC was created to provide a bring the young people of the community together and to provide them with a platform to grow as individuals and has quickly established itself as one of West London’s most ambitious community clubs.
This move marks another significant milestone in our journey. (shepherdsbushfc.co.uk)
The return of football in the name of Shepherd’s Bush to the football pyramid carries huge historical significance. The original Shepherd’s Bush FC dates back to 1880, competing in competitions such as the Southern League, Spartan League and Isthmian League before sadly folding in 1915 during the First World War. The club famously played at Loftus Road before QPR took over the ground.
