IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS, MANAGERS AND SPECTATORS
- Burnham Football Club is hosting this event. Please contact the event organisers with any questions.
- Abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
- Only drinks purchased from the premisses can be consumed on the premisses – Plastic containers only within the stadium (not on the pitch).
- No flares or fireworks allowed.
Regardless of other venues the 3G pitch at the 1878 Stadium is new and Burnham FC has very strict rules for anyone entering the field of play.
Anyone entering the pitch MUST wear appropriate footwear. Socks only, bare feet, shoes, trainers or sliders with flat soles are NOT permitted as it flattens the pitch surface. As you might imagine this also includes sitting or laying/ sunbathing on the pitch too – No Excuses!
Unlike a typical grass pitch our artificial pitch is used up to 3 times a day, 7 days a week. Therefore we all need to look after it if it is to remain in such a great condition. So please no alcohol, food, chewing gum, cigarette ends… on the pitch either.
Simply leave the pitch if you are not playing. Spot checks will be carried out throughout the day. Thank you for your cooperation.
