Luca Skivington Memorial Charity Football Match 2026
The 1878 Stadium, Burnham Football Club | Sunday 2nd August 2026
Burnham Football Club is once again the venue for this very special annual charity match to celebrate the life of Luca Skivington. On Sunday 2nd August friends of the family will gather at The 1878 Stadium in memory of the young, very talented and hugely missed Burnham FC, and former Oxford United and Fulham FC academy footballer who lost his life at the age of just 17 in a car crash in 2019.
His parents Michele and Glenn and his younger brother Marco have agreed to hold this event for a 4th year following the success of the previous three events in 2023, 2024 and 2025 which raised a huge amount for Centrepoint, which has been the family’s and Luca’s charity for many years.
Organised again by his friends, many of whom play for or manage Maidenhead Rangers FC, it will, once more, include a raffle to add to funds which currently total over £33,000 plus gift aid donations already raised for Centrepoint through Luca’s Just Giving page.
We encourage local businesses to donate to the raffle if they can by getting in touch directly with either Michele Skivington (michele@burnhamleisure.co.uk) at Burnham Football Club or Elliott Jack, vice Chairman of Maidenhead Rangers FC.

Donation buckets will be available on the day. Every penny raised will go to the Centrepoint Charity. All donations regardless of the amount, will be greatly received and much appreciated.
